Helping engineering teams function better is something I am passionate about. I have been leading engineering teams for over 13 years with over 27 years in the industry. I have worked with some of the best and have seen what works, but also studied what doesn’t. My experience includes a great deal of building and executing maturation activities and plans.

I'm a instrumental and solution-driven leader with an agile mindset. Skillful in establishing policy, planning, training to help build world-class teams that excel in collaboration to achieve predictable customer driven results. Expertise with multiple software development methodologies, frameworks, and their tools to design effective teams that can meet deadlines, in collaboration with multiple partner groups, and contending priorities.

Cultivating Servant Leaders with a well-rounded, balanced, clear, collaborative, and progressive way of leading is a passion and I excel at helping the next leaders build teams that exceed organizational goals.

I love a great deal of passion around SciFi and fantasy. So much so, I'm also a SciFi and Fantasy author. I do it for fun. When I need a break from the crazy real world, I'll invent a new one. A new reality in alternate universes.
