Fractional CTO Roles

I'm working with a Financial tech startup in the country of Georgie that is also expanding their portfolio to bring valuable shopping experience and tools from foreign markets like Amazon. Bringing great value to citizens of a country that have to shop on foreign websites, often with problematic logistics and money conversion issues.
This company has several very interesting products that span between Financial, eCommerce, and logistics.

For a medical startup I worked to help them plan out 1-5 year Software Engineering staffing model that is able to expand vertically and horizontally with the company's growth.
The engagement is over, but I still get called periodically coach their inhouse CTO.
